Excess to Minimalism: Connect with Others Already On This Journey

Yes, that’s right. I called this a journey. These changes do not happen overnight. They take time. Remember that the very first step to removing excess from your life is deciding you’re tired of the excess, and you want better for yourself.

The focus of today’s post is to share with you encouraging and empowering people who have already started on the journey to simpler and even minimal living by cutting out clutter and excess. Since I am just starting down this road myself, I am finding lots of inspiration and motivation from these folks. Enjoy!

The Excess to Minimalism series will be taking a short break until Monday, July 22. I leave Saturday for a one-week Mission trip to California where I will be sharing Jesus with children and families in the Coast Guard. I plan on posting – hopefully daily – about how God works (and other fun stuff) during my week on mission for Him.
